Design Specifications:

Prototypes:
T-800, Model 101 (portrayed by Arnold Schwarzenegger) was the skin model used for Skynet's first T-800 infiltrator.

Physical Characteristics:
Metal endoskeleton, encased by living tissue. The 800 Series Terminator was designed to perfectly mimic a human being's appearance (i.e. flesh, skin, hair, sweat, blood, bad breath).

Endoskeleton Specifications: Hyper-alloy combat chassis (Coltan based), micro-processor controlled, fully armoured, very tough. The T-850 model upgrade was powered internally by two hydrogen fuel cells.

Artificial Intelligence Factors:
Brain is a neural net processor, able to learn from its surroundings and from humans that it has been in contact with. The units are often set to a "Read Only" mode when they are sent out alone.

Design Modifications:
Skin casing is no longer made of rubber, as with the T-600, but of living tissue. Combat chassis is stronger and more durable than the T-600. The 800 Series is also able to perfectly mimic a human being's voice.

Design Flaws:
The hydrogen fuel power cells of the T-850 can cause a devastating explosion when ruptured.

Capabilites:
The ability to control its body by remote, should the CPU be separated from the main endoskeleton.

Design Specifications:

Prototypes:
T-1000 (portrayed by Robert Patrick) was the skin model used for Skynet's first T-1000 advanced infiltrator.

Physical Specifications:
Mimetic poly-alloy (liquid metal) cybernetic organism.

Physical Characteristics:
It is capable of perfectly copying the shape, colour, and texture of anything it touches that is of equal size and mass. The only restriction is that it cannot form "complex machines", such as "guns and explosives" because they "have chemicals, moving parts." The only weapons it can form are "solid metal shapes", such as "knives, and stabbing weapons." It must acquire any vehicles or other weapons it needs.

Artificial Intelligence Factors:
Little is currently known about how this unit functions.

Design Modifications:
Able to adopt a more 'human' personality than the T-1000 prototype.

Design Flaws:
The T-1000 prototype proved vulnerable to extreme cold, following exposure to liquid nitrogen. After being frozen, it was shattered into dozens of pieces. Although it was able to reform as before, the unit experienced glitches in its structure, morphing without control as well as sticking to other metallic objects. It is unknown if those flaws were fixed since then.

Capabilites:
When physically damaged, it is capable of reforming itself in seconds, closing up bullet holes and reattaching limbs.

T-1001 Casualty Count (Present-day only)
At least 22;

Confirmed Kills:
"Justin Tuck"
"Plant Manager Nelson"
"Work Staff At
Caleba Plant"

Model/series information
: TOK-715 (
Skin modeled after Alison Young)
AKA(s): Cameron Phillips
Featured in: Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles
Created by: Skynet
Primary mission: To protect John Connor (once reprogrammed)
Original mission: To terminate John Connor
How this Terminator infiltrates: Pretends to be a student to better approach John Connor
Trademark attack style: Uses intelligent attack, as opposed to brute force.

Status: Physical damage to chip. Effects: inconclusive

Best lines:
"Please remain calm" (After being struck by a speeding car, she speaks to persons inside the vehicle).
After John calls 'shotgun' in the car, Cameron replies "I call 9mm"

Best scenes:
Fight scene against Cromartie (S01E01)
Begging John not to remove her chip (S02E01)
Learning to shoot pool (S02E02)

Design Specifications:

Prototypes:
Antecedents include the T-888 series, but little else is known about this model's design history. Early reports that Cameron was a T-800 model proved to be unfounded and are obviously belied by the unit's small stature, blue optics display (as opposed to the 800 Series' red) and ability to eat. Adding to this theory is that in one episode, another Terminator's scan labelled her an 'unknown' cyborg.

Physical Appearance:
Metal endoskeleton, encased by living tissue. As with the T-800 series, designed to perfectly mimic a human being's appearance, i.e. (flesh, skin, hair, sweat, blood).

Endoskeleton Characteristics:
Hyper-alloy combat chassis, micro-processor controlled, fully armoured, very tough.

Aritificial Intelligence Factors:
Brain is a neural-net processor, able to learn from its surroundings and from humans that it has been in contact with. Expressive and receptive language ability characterized by a rigid literal interpretation of statements and an inability to "get" sarcasm, innuendo, double-entendre, irony, or slang. This difficulty with cracking the social "code" causes frequent, seemingly inappropriate comments, a tendency to be confused by casual conversation, and spontaneous, direct remarks, which may be interpreted as being offensive by humans.

Design Modifications:
Skin casing is no longer made of rubber like the T-600, but actual living tissue. Combat chassis is stronger and more durable than the T-600. Able to perfectly mimic a sampled human being's voice.

Design Flaws:
If the unit sustains physical damage to its processing chip, it may revert to its original programming and mission objectives.

Capabilites:
Utilises advanced emotional responses when in contact with humans, compared to earlier models. The extent of this emotional programming is unknown at this point. Possesses 'Skin Analysis' ability.
Able To Override Target Termination with or without Reason as seen on Season2 Episode 1
